This year RootsTech Connect, the largest genealogy conference in the world, will be virtual and free from February 25 thru February 27. Please visit us our exhibit booth in the Expo Hall. Here you will find videos that you can view, tutorials that you can download, conference only specials and also a link to “Open House at ArkivDigital” where you can hear live presentations and have an opportunity to ask questions.

Here are the steps for visiting our booth:

  • Go to https://www.familysearch.org/rootstech/rtc2021
  • Click on Expo Hall on the home page
  • You will see a list of exhibitors, click on ArkivDigital
  • Once you enter, you will see links to videos, links to conference specials, downloads and also under Discover More a link to “Open House at ArkivDigital”.

Open House at ArkivDigital
We will be hosting an open house in English via Zoom Thursday, February 25 thru Saturday, February 27 from 11 AM CST to 4 PM CST. We will be giving two presentations each day at 12 PM CST and 2 PM CST. Below are the times and titles of each presentation. The presentation, “Introduction to ArkivDigital”, will be repeated each day. The schedule for each day is as follows:

Thursday, February 25

  • 12 PM CST – Introduction to ArkivDigital
  • 2 PM CST – Introduction to Swedish Church Books

Friday, February 26

  • 12 PM CST – Introduction to ArkivDigital
  • 2 PM CST – Introduction to Swedish Estate Inventories

Saturday February 27

  • 12 PM CST – Introduction to ArkivDigital
  • 2 PM CST – Introduction to Swedish Military Records

 Each presentation will be around 30 to 35 minutes followed by time for questions and answers. Click here to go to Zoom room.
